DockMetrix privacy policy
DockMetrix Utility is a Dockfinity product. The existing app-store developer name is DockWare Labs. This policy describes the relaunched VPS service; the previous Firebase service is retired only after verified cutover.
Account information
We process sign-in identities, your name and any company, address or contact details you choose to provide. Email and contact phone are optional profile fields. A contact number is not automatically proof of account ownership. WhatsApp sign-in verifies the signed sender identity supplied by Meta; it does not always reveal or verify a mobile number. Google/Apple may supply a verified identity and email when used.
Calculations and sharing
Calculator dimensions, prices and results are calculated on your device and are not collected by the optional tool-usage feature. Sharing a report sends the image and text to the destination you choose. We do not receive that shared image through this feature.
Optional usage
Only with your consent, we record which tool was opened and daily counts linked to your account. These records are retained for up to 90 days. Withdrawal removes recorded usage history. Refusing usage sharing does not remove your launch-offer access.
Login and security
Device identifiers support single-device sessions. Session credentials are hashed on the server, normally expire after 30 days and can be invalidated by moving devices. WhatsApp verification challenges expire after three minutes and are single use. Hashed webhook-replay records are retained for up to seven days. Password/passcode material is not logged. Rate-limit and lockout records help protect account access.
Launch access
If a launch campaign is active, the server records your campaign, activation date and guaranteed free-access expiry. No payment mandate or automatic charge is created. Future pricing is not fixed.
Service providers
Hostinger infrastructure runs the VPS and PostgreSQL service. Meta processes the WhatsApp messages you send for verification. Google and Apple process sign-in if you choose them. Apple token material used for grant revocation is encrypted. Provider operational records are governed by their own policies. Firebase records from the old version require a controlled migration and retirement; this is not a claim that historical copies already disappeared.
Account deletion and retention
You can initiate deletion in the app or through this account-deletion page. After ownership verification, app profile, credentials, linked identities, sessions, launch grant and usage records are deleted. A linked Apple grant must be revoked; temporary failures remain retryable. A restricted marker containing hashed identities and deletion proof is retained for up to 30 days for retry and replay protection. Pending deletion work is retained until resolved. Live records disappear on successful completion; backup copies and provider records follow their configured retention. Production database backups normally rotate within 30 days through a daily backup job. A failed backup or an occupied maintenance lock can delay rotation; it resumes after a successful verified backup. A restore must reconcile recorded deletions before reopening access.
Your choices
Update optional profile information in Settings, turn off usage sharing and request deletion. We do not sell account data or calculator inputs. This app feature does not include advertising or third-party tracking; provider operational records may still be processed by retained SDKs as described above.
