Account recovery
Existing users can sign in with their ten-digit mobile number and six-digit passcode after migration. If your old passcode has expired or is forgotten, request verified recovery. We never ask for a password, OTP or private verification code by email or phone.

Delete your account
Request deletion without reinstalling the app. Use account deletion, or contact support from this page. We verify ownership before deleting an account; do not send your passcode.
Report a calculation issue
Tell us the tool name, entered dimensions/material specification and expected result. Share only information you are comfortable sending; avoid confidential supplier/customer details.
